Conversational English classes for language learners of all ages

Fukuoka International Community School (FICS), an English conversational school, was established with the purpose of giving back to the local community.

Catering to English language learners of all ages, all FICS lessons are taught by native teachers from various countries (with the support of English-speaking Japanese assistants in infant and elementary school classes), using Fukuoka International School's facilities.

FICS also provides English teacher training for public elementary and junior high school teachers in collaboration with the Fukuoka City Board of Education.
